RAY OF HOPE CLINIC & COMMUNITY CENTRE - JUNE REPORT WEEK 3

THE CLINIC

All went well at the clinic though the number of patients was slower than last week as only 23 outpatients were received compared to 40 of last week and 12 maternity cases.
The rising cost of living is still biting and commodities especially food stuffs rising day by day.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

During their Thursday’s meetings they were visited by the following

-         Officials from Equity Bank who wanted to meet the support group and encourage them to do banking and take loans.  They will be coming from time to time and follow-up their progress.
-         Domestic Workers Organization came to report that they will be reviewing their earlier lectures on training domestic workers which could benefit the clients children and themselves.  This had been suspended for a while but has now resumed.

-         Nairobi University Interns were in attendance
